Telemedicine services should be tailored to both patients and organisations’ needs. The evaluation of these services has to be multidimensional, including clinical and economic outcomes in real life settings, but also patients’ perspectives, organisational, ethical and legal issues. The United4Health project aims to reach new frontiers in the evaluation and deployment of ICT services for the management of chronic diseases and to support decision-making.]
