SUMMARY:IFIC Scotland Conference: From Innovation to Impact
DESCRIPTION: \n\nThis one-day collaborative learning event shares local, national and international experience of implementing integrated care and support. Participants will consider the innovation and improvement required for Health and Social Care Service Renewal and to implement key priorities from the Care Reform (Scotland) Act. &nbsp;\nThemed sessions and breakouts will include:\n\nPreventative, proactive and place-based care and support &nbsp;\nDigital innovation for health, social care, housing and wellbeing\nCollaborative workforce solutions and inter-professional education&nbsp;\nEmbedding lived experience in learning ecosystems\nInvesting for value and outcomes\n\n\nOne keynote speaker – on digital innovations&nbsp;for care and wellbeing – is Professor Margaret Whoriskey MBE of <a href="https://www.ehtel.eu/members.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Digital Health &amp; Care Innovation Scotland</a>, an EHTEL member.
