InteropEHRate project envisions citizens as key partners empowered in the process of secure access and sharing of personal health data with health providers and researchers.
The project promotes the adoption of common standards to ensure citizens' rights and the interoperability of systems, providing open technological solutions to enable the exchange of health data in three relevant use cases in the health and research sectors.
