Member event

This Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on 3 December 2026 from 10:00 to 11:30 CET, followed by a special working session on the EHDS Implementing Acts from 11:30 to 12:00 CET.

This meeting is a key moment in EHTEL’s annual cycle. It provides all members with the opportunity to collectively review the association's achievements in 2026, discuss priority objectives for 2027, and vote on the 2027 budget. Additionally, we will be electing a new Board of Directors and voting on proposed updates to our Internal Procedures regarding membership categories and fees.

Following the formal AGM, members are invited to stay for an interactive session to prepare a joint response to the Open Consultation on the draft EHDS Implementing Acts (Articles 15 & 36).
