“From Data Compliance to Data That Works” will be a key topic, and a real plan of action, for 2027 and beyond. The aim will be to innovate and develop value with, and in, the European Health Data Space (EHDS).

This is the topic at the very heart of EHTEL’s 2027 annual symposium for Thought Leaders.

 EHTEL is eagerly encouraging you to attend a series of activities on 26-27 January 2027 that will run over two days.

During these two days of dynamic activities, EHTEL is planning for you to work together with us on:

• Two major EHDS Implementing Acts related to the primary use of data.
• Some of the forthcoming Horizon Europe call for proposals.
• Spotting important experiences and challenges associated with FAIR and Fluid Data, to create opportunities for innovative healthcare interventions as well as personalised healthcare approaches.

What’s on the agenda?

The two-day agenda will include:

• 26 January 2027 afternoon: An EHTEL members get together, including a matchmaking session.
• 26 January 2027 evening: A New Year reception and a networking dinner.
• 27 January 2027 all day: 2027 Thought Leader EHTEL Symposium, several exciting sessions.

Where will the Symposium take place?

The activities will be held in downtown Brussels in an easy-to-reach location not far from the city centre.

The EHTEL Team is now busy with the more precise organisation of the Symposium. As a result, you’ll hear more from us inside the next month.
